All our printed items are produced in our Swiss workshop and shipped from Ticino. We work with specialist carriers who protect your printed items from dispatch to your door.

Turnaround

Switzerland

• Express products (business cards, flyers, stationery, labels): 48 business hours after file approval.
• Brochures, books, magazines, calendars: 3 to 5 business days.
• Signage, textiles, goodies: 5 to 7 business days.
• Custom or high-volume production: turnaround stated in your quote.

Europe

• 4 to 6 business days to the eurozone
• 5 to 8 business days to the United Kingdom

Shipping costs

• Free within Switzerland from CHF 100.00 spent.
• Below CHF 100.00: flat rate CHF 9.90 (Colissimo La Poste).
• Europe: flat rate CHF 19.90 (DHL Express).

Tracking your parcel

As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with a clickable tracking number. You can track your parcel in real time.

Delivery to an event site

For signage orders intended for a trade show or event, we can deliver directly to the event venue on the date you require. Note this in your order comments or write to us at info@allyouprint.ch.

A problem with your delivery?

If your parcel arrives damaged or with a visible defect, take a photo within 48h of receipt and send it all to us at info@allyouprint.ch. We reprint and reship free of charge.
