Models and options
Many models come in one size for women and men. They differ in shape, warmth and finishing:
- Beanies Basic: classic knit beanie with a cuff, with embroidery or a patch from 4 x 4 cm to 8 x 5 cm, from 1 piece
- Long beanies: oversized model with a wide cuff, embroidery area of 10 x 5 cm, from 1 piece
- Beanies Thinsulate: particularly dense fibres, embroidery with up to 12 thread colours or a patch in cork, faux leather or PVC, from 1 piece
- Pompom beanies, Beanie Heritage in a vintage style and Beanie organic cotton: embroidery on the cuff (8 x 3 cm), from 5 pieces
- Beanie Reflective: highly reflective fibres woven in, clearly visible in headlight beams
- Printers Beanie: digital transfer print on a cotton twill emblem, print area of 8 x 3.5 cm
- Beanie with LED light: removable, USB-rechargeable light, embroidery in up to 3 colours, from 100 pieces
- Fisherman beanies: short, close-fitting shape with premium embroidery
Materials and finishing
Most models are made from polyacrylic, and the Beanies Basic and Long beanies are double-knit. For a sustainable range, choose the beanie in 100% organic cotton, the fisherman beanie in 95% organic cotton, the Oversized Cuffed long-beanie variant with at least 50% recycled polyester, or the Beanie Basic with rPET. Embroidery usually sits on the cuff; depending on the model, a patch or a printed emblem is also available. For exact company colours, provide HKS or Pantone values.
Delivery times and shipping in Switzerland
In the configurator you choose the model, base colour, finishing and quantity, and the price in CHF appears immediately. Your logo file is checked before production. Delivery time is shown before you order, with delivery throughout Switzerland. Demand is highest before the festive season, so order beanies for Christmas gifts and winter trade fairs early.

Embroidery or print: what suits my logo?
Embroidery is the classic finish and usually sits on the cuff. If you prefer printing, choose the Printers Beanie with digital transfer print on the emblem, or a printed patch on the Beanie Thinsulate. Our guide printing or embroidering textiles compares each method in more detail.
Which beanie suits outdoor work?
The Beanie Thinsulate insulates especially well thanks to its dense fibres while staying breathable. On dark paths, the Beanie Reflective and the beanie with LED light improve visibility.
