Logiteam Sagl (ALL YOU PRINT brand) attaches fundamental importance to the protection of your personal data. This policy describes how we collect, use and protect the information you entrust to us, in compliance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Data collected

When creating an account

• Last name, first name, title
• Email address and phone number
• Delivery and billing address

When placing an order

• Details of products ordered and purchase history
• Files you send us for printing (kept for 12 months)
• Payment data (processed by our PCI-DSS certified provider, never stored by us)

While browsing

• IP address, browser type, pages visited
• Cookie data (see our cookie policy)

3. Purposes of processing

• Processing and delivery of your orders
• Management of your customer account and history
• After-sales service and customer relations
• Accounting and tax obligations (10 years under Swiss law)
• Improvement of our service (anonymised statistics)
• Commercial communication (with your explicit consent, revocable at any time)

4. Legal basis

The processing of your data is based on the performance of the sales contract (orders), your consent (newsletter, non-essential cookies), our legal obligations (accounting, invoices), and our legitimate interest (site security, fraud prevention).

5. Recipients of your data

Your data is accessible to our strictly authorised staff, as well as to our technical subcontractors (Shopify hosting, carriers, payment provider, accounting software). All are contractually bound to respect the confidentiality and security of your data. Your data is never sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

6. Retention periods

• Customer account: as long as your account is active, and 3 years after your last activity.
• Order data: 10 years (Swiss accounting obligation).
• Print files: 12 months after the order, unless you request early deletion.
• Prospecting data: 3 years after your last contact or until you withdraw your consent.

7. Your rights

In accordance with the FADP and the GDPR, you have the following rights:

• Right of access, rectification and erasure of your data
• Right to data portability
• Right to restriction of processing
• Right to object to processing
• Right to withdraw your consent at any time
• Right to lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) in Switzerland, or with the CNIL for users residing in France

To exercise these rights, write to info@allyouprint.ch, specifying your request and enclosing a copy of an identity document (which we destroy as soon as your request is processed).

8. Security

We implement all the technical and organisational measures necessary to ensure the security of your data: HTTPS encryption across the entire site, reinforced authentication of administrator access, daily encrypted backups, regular security audits.
