Description
Is the base material of this DIN A4 conference folder leather? Yes and no. The cover of this conference folder is made of leather fibre material, Lefa for short. During the production of leather shoes, belts and other leather products, a lot of waste is generated, such as offcuts, splitting shavings or sanding dust. These materials are then collected and reused to produce Lefa (leather fibre material). The new material is genuinely upgraded (upcycling). And in this case into a real tactile highlight, namely the cover of these practical conference folders, which you can also engrave on a metal plate.
