25% discount across the entire catalogue. Account manager by email plus access to the reseller portal.

Gold: from CHF 25.00'000 in annual purchases

35% discount. Account manager by phone plus 30-day billing on an approved account plus priority 24h production.

Platinum: from CHF 100.00'000 in annual purchases

45% discount. Dedicated account manager plus 60-day billing plus integrated API/EDI service plus a personalised price catalogue plus an end-of-year bonus.

How long does it take to activate my reseller account?

Within 48 business hours once we receive your approved application.

Is there a minimum volume commitment?

No. The Silver tier starts as soon as CHF 5.00'000 in annual purchases is reached. There is no penalty if you do not reach it, but the next tier only activates above the threshold.

Can I deliver directly to my end client?

Yes. The white label service delivers directly to your client under your own brand. Invoices and delivery notes can be customised with your logo.

Which VAT is applied?

Swiss VAT of 8.1% by default. For export billing outside Switzerland, VAT of 0% applies if a valid VAT number is provided.

Does the catalogue change over time?

Yes. We add an average of 10 products per month. Gold and Platinum resellers receive new products early with launch pricing.
